Corten Yard is more than just a venue — it’s a unique mix of flexible spaces designed for everyday use. In addition to our event units, we offer private office and residential spaces that are completely separate from the main venue and are currently leased long-term.

These spaces serve a variety of purposes, from residential living to creative work. Current tenants include dog groomers, salon owners, estheticians, and full-time residents.
